Coconut Oil is not only good for cooking but also incredibly good for your skin! Instead of buying a coconut based moisturizer where stuff has been added, you are much better off buying coconut oil from your local supermarket (extra virgin coconut oil is the best).
It is rich in vitamin E and leaves your skin silky soft. If you do not like using oil on your face for day use, apply before bed and wake up with radiance renewed skin that is smooth and oh so soft!
It is also great for minimizing large pores. Just rub the oil into your skin in a up and down motion (not circular) for a few days/a week and you will notice the difference.
A lot of people with eczema and psoriasis claim that it is a life saver for their skin, but not enough studies have been done to prove this.
